Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping: FREE on every order. Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days after your order ships.
- Express Shipping: 5 in your local currency. Estimated delivery: about 3 days.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Good to know
- Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of carrier and customs delays.
- If you order more than one light, your items may arrive in separate packages.
- Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. They are not included in our prices unless they are shown at checkout.
- Please double-check your shipping address before you order. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address given at checkout.
Order not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
