These Terms of Service apply to your use of melighthome.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from MeLight ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and light output may look slightly different in person than on screen. Prices are shown in your local currency and may change at any time before you place an order. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error; in that case you will be fully refunded.

2. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Using our products

MeLight lights are made for indoor use. Please follow the included instructions, charge them only with a standard USB power source, and keep them away from water and heat.

5. Content

The text, images and design of this Store belong to MeLight or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, MeLight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

7. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
